Job Summary:
The PA Program Coordinator will support the day-to-day, and long term, strategy & operations of the Production Assistant Program. This role will report to PA Program Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Provides administrative support to PA Program management team.
• Supports overall strategy and operations of the PA Program.
• Under direction of Manager, helps produce creative content/media on website/app/social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter).
• Works directly with PA Program Manager, to support yearly cohort project for new hire Production Assistants.
• Responsible for maintenance of standing reports, surveys and other program tracking documents.
• Takes initiative to identify areas of opportunity to support the business and program objectives. During Production peak times remains accessible and is often required to work non-traditional days/hours.
Basic Qualifications:
• Has strong organizational skills (i.e. budgeting time and prioritizing workload, accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, ability to implement systematic processes and organize information flow).
• Has superb communication skills (i.e. clear and concise in all forms of communication, ability to handle high-volume email and phone traffic as well as in-person interactions).
• Has ability to be proactive and take initiative; suggests ideas and solutions to problems that arise or before they occur.
• Preferred experience creating and editing content for various platforms.
• Must understand the value of synergy in a dynamic organization.
• Has advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• A minimum of 2-3 years of production and/or operations experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Preferred production experience and in-depth knowledge of PA/CA skills and rolls.
• Must understand current Company initiatives and their impact in the PA Program.
• Working knowledge of WebEX, DAchieve, Video Technology, Social Media and Collaborative Tools.
• Strong ESPN, and media industry, business acumen.
Required Education
• High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education
• College Degree or Equivalent
