Full Time Job
Job Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will be part of the Marketing Digital Operations team supporting ESPN's Marketing team across ESPN's digital platforms. This role serves as the day-to-day technical contact for internal Marketing initiatives. This position carries extensive work within ESPN's ad serving platforms and close coordination with other related teams including ad developers and external agencies.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate launching of marketing campaigns
• Receive, test, and traffic digital creative assets
• Provide guidance and input around targeting and ad system functionalities
• Monitor delivery status and work with planners to optimize campaign delivery
• Troubleshoot ad serving issues
• Provide post-campaign reporting
Basic Qualifications:
• Related experience with online advertising
• Basic to Intermediate understanding of HTML
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1 year professional work experience
• Former TWDC Intern
• Familiarity with ad serving solutions (DoubleClick, FreeWheel)
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Highly organized and demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines
• Detail oriented self-starter
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective project management skills with proven ability to work with Marketing team and Technical staff
• Strong respect for a team environment
• Is a passionate sports fan
Required Education
• Bachelor's degree
