Job Summary:
The Compensation department leads the development, design and implementation for total compensation and rewards programs that attract, retain and motivate employees at ESPN. This includes designing base salary and incentive plans and alternative rewards programs that are consistent with market trends, internal equity, a ''pay for performance'' philosophy and the company's business and HR priorities and strategies.
The Compensation Administrator will report to the VP Compensation, HRIS & HR Analytics and support the Compensation function within Human Resources. The incumbent will be responsible for administrative support to the VP and coordination of specific programs, projects, surveys associated with the Compensation function.
Responsibilities:
• Providing administrative support to the Vice President by executing a wide variety of tasks including calendar management, business travel, expense reports, etc.
• Completing forms/templates for various compensation process (i.e. cascades, promotions, offers, etc.)
• Maintaining, tracking and reporting of staff contracts
• Preparing compensation education related materials and assistance with scheduling employee/manager training sessions
• Maintaining and processing of spot bonus program
• Compilation of data for compensation survey submissions
• Sales plan processing and maintenance
• Updating job family grids, as directed
• Assisting on other compensations processes and projects as needed
Basic Qualifications:
• HR career minded with a minimum of 2 years of HR related experience
• Skilled in administrative ''best practices''
• Demonstrates professionalism, operates with integrity, and maintains confidentiality
• Ability to multi-task and appropriately prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with strong focus on attention to detail, meeting deadlines and excellent communication skills
• Has advanced knowledge and skills with office hardware and software (including the Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills
• Flexible, self-motivated team player with ability to work quickly and efficiently with minimal supervision, and willingness to support other team members as needed

• Previous experience working with SAP
