Part Time Job
Based in our New York City operations, you will play an integral role in our consumer marketing/circulation efforts and new business initiatives for ESPN The Magazine. The Circulation Coordinator will get the chance to learn various aspects of consumer marketing as well as retention strategies by assisting in a variety of projects within the Circulation Department. He/She will work on reports and get to see how consumer testing works as well as how to analyze data. In this role you will be an integral part of the department and help directly impact the bottom line. Approximately, 29 hours per week.
Responsibilities
• Maintain & update all reports for outgoing promotions and AAM audits
• Responsible for Managing aspects of subscription marketing & retention such as liaison with our internal database dept. for Magazine email campaigns and handling redirect request for Direct Mail
• Assist in updating creative for online and print as well as help update and maintain some of our internal Magazine order pages.
• Responsible for all Circulation invoice payments in SAP
• Oversee insert cards – create print order, set-up key information, create url's and work with Fulfillment house on back end set-up, tracking and reporting.
• Manage customer service for the department, which includes – filtering simple requests to our fulfillment house, answering BBB and Attorney General letters, and updating customer scripts for our outside CS agencies.
Basic Qualifications
• Excellent oral/written communication skills
• Basic understanding of social media
• PC proficiency with Word/Excel/PowerPoint
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Detail oriented and organized self-starter
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant internship or full time experience completing administrative tasks within a similar industry
• Knowledge of Content Editor, SAP and Omniture a plus.
• Passion for Sports
