Part Time Job
Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant II will provide assistance and support to multiple Senior Coordinating Producers and Coordinating Producers as well as provide support to several senior individuals and their staffs within the Product Management Organization at ESPN.
*This is a Part-Time Role*
Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars
• Schedule meetings
• Complete expense reports
• Book travel
• Assist with meeting presentations
• Coordinates regular and special meetings and conferences, including preparing notes of meeting highlights and ''to-do's''
• Assist Production Coordinators: event weekly schedule, invoices, compiling reports, disseminating information, etc.
• Coordinate guest analyst appearances: contact, book hotels, arrange guest WIFI, show inside the building, etc.
• Provide support ACC Basketball Media Days
• Input staff vacation and time off into Playbook
• Assistance Signing Day prep
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative position and/or equivalent experience
• Has a basic knowledge of several administrative and support processes and procedures carried out in the assigned unit / work group
• Candidates must have good computer background (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc...) and solid communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Minimum of 4-years of related work experience in generally comparable administrative functions
• Experience in using Concur
Required Education
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
