Entertainment Studios has an amazing opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to provide daily administrative support to our Marketing Executives and work on multiple departmental projects as assigned. This person will also play an integral role to our office support and work collaboratively with the team to provide operational assistance. This is a highly visible position internally and externally and will provide an opportunity to learn and grow.
Duties include:
- Create PowerPoint presentations, marketing decks and marketing presentations.
- Coordinate social media posts and updates with external vendor teams
- Interface with talent agencies, third party vendors and other partners
- Manage calendars, arrange meetings and coordinate travel
- Take meeting notes, transcribe shared documents and cascade as appropriate
- Collaborate with executives and other staff to complete assigned project work.
- Answer busy ES phone lines and coordinate internal calendars
- Juggle the needs of multiple Executives and projects.
Requirements:
- A BA and 1-2 years of related experience in marketing/PR
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong photoshop and PowerPoint skills
- The ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
