We are looking for a Video & Motion Graphics Specialist who develops and produces both the internal and external video content for Entertainment Partners. This is accomplished through conceptualizing, scripting, producing, shooting, design and editing of videos for various centers of excellence throughout the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• College degree preferred, but not required.
• At least three years of experience in video production.
• Proficiency in video and motion graphics programs including: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition and Camtasia.
• Experience with creating product tutorial and/or product marketing video content preferred.
• Experience with audio mixing and color correction in post-production.
• Experience with a range of video equipment, specifically DSLR cameras and HD camcorders.
• Familiarity with video review tools such as Wipster and Frame.io.
• Please provide a demo reel or work samples that demonstrates qualifications for this role.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
• Knowledge of post-production workflows for video, photography, motion graphics for print, social media platforms, and the web.
• Knowledge of and ability to set-up and work with grip, electrical and production equipment.
• Knowledge of video compression formats for the web, video monitors, and other platforms and devices.
• Ability to take direction: adept at interpreting and implementing creative feedback accurately and efficiently.
• Experience editing product promos, product tutorials, video interviews, documentary style pieces and social media content.
• Knowledge of and ability to stay up to date on current social media and video trends.
• Excellent writing skills: ability to translate complex technical concepts and product briefs into clear and marketable video scripts.
• Strong mix of creative and technical aptitude.
• Must be detail oriented, organized, and have the ability to self-direct and prioritize in order to meet deadlines.
• Technical competence (can easily understand new software, hardware, networks, etc.)
• Critical thinking and problem-solving adeptness.
• Excellent interdepartmental communication skills.
• High curiosity, commitment, and empathy for meeting our clients' needs.
