We are looking for a top-performing Sales Account Executive who is driven to influence and round out a growing world-class sales team. This candidate thrives in both B2B and B2C sales environments, responsible for selling the Entertainment Partners enterprise suite of products and services. You will act as a liaison between our sales team and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Sales Account Executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients' needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end. Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard. This role requires an affinity for reading a room, active listing skills and the ability to build fast report and trust. Having passion for the entertainment industry and being committed to successful outcomes is baseline. The rest is your oyster!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for rigorous sales lead qualification processes
Build and nurture a pipeline of high growth prospects
Proficiency in closing deals by following a consistent, high quality sales process using a consultative sales methodology
Record, track and manage all parts of the sales cycle in Salesforce CRM
Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to surpass revenue goals
Report key metrics to manager on a weekly basis
Create PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks and sales collateral as needed
Engaging and inviting presentation skills
Strong negotiation skills with a high aptitude for problem solving and the ability to overcome objections
Accurate understanding of our pricing models across products and services, and partnering with colleagues when cross-selling opportunities arise
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for non-standard qualifying opportunities
Create proposals and negotiate loyalty agreement contracts for long-term buying commitments
Contributor to RFPs and RFIs
Warm handoffs, supported by well documented sales stages, post-sale
Follow the sales process to drive efficiency and a repeatable success experience for new clients
Contribute to cross-functional teams as requested by management
Partner with product teams to provide feedback from the field to help inform roadmap development and prioritization
Love entertaining clients by hosting sports events, concerts, lunches and dinners, including weekends
Attend and represent the company at industry events and be willing to guest speak and/or present on occasion
Additional duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
7+ years Sales and Marketing experience - B2B/B2C/SaaS Products
Bachelor's degree, MBA or Advanced degree in Sales and Marketing preferred - or industry/job experience equivalent
Entertainment industry experience preferred
Experience working with and selling enterprise-wide software solutions such as ERP, CRM, Workforce Management, Asset Tracking and Data Management software as a service - or related field technologies
Knowledge of the business and company's products and services
Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, always showing respect for the client and for fellow employees
Strong work ethic and integrity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in time management, prioritization and multi-tasking
Strategic thinker and relationship builder
Strong sense of urgency and motivation to meet and exceed goals
Ability to defuse escalated client situations by facilitating introductions to service leaders and escalating via appropriate channels
Ability to analyze, demonstrate sound decision making and critical thinking skills
Advanced presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Teams) and Salesforce CRM
Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau/Qlik) - or equivalents
Credits for negotiation and sales training courses (Scot works/Sandler) - or equivalents
