We are looking for a new member for our Scenechronize/SmartStart Launch team. This position will add system set-ups utilizing back-end processes facilitating the onboarding of clients to SmartStart and support team members with Scenechronize SmartHub, Scenechronize Production Office Automation and future Smart Suite products.
As a product expert, this position will learn system functionalities and serve as a business contact and advocate for the client, communicating client needs and goals to senior team members while ensuring quality, successful adoption of the software and overall client satisfaction. The Product Sales Specialist builds lasting relationships with clients to gain trust and anticipate needs to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand the Scenechronize platform products and SmartStart systems, their capabilities and service to be a subject matter expert and effectively communicate all offerings to clients.
Create set-ups of the Scenechronize products and SmartStart system customized to individual client needs as well as additional project set-ups, as needed.
Learn Internal EP Center of Excellence functions to navigate how each is pivotal to the system set up.
Communicate client needs and goals to senior team members while ensuring quality, successful adoption of the software, and client overall satisfaction.
Accompany senior team members to visit client locations to ensure set-ups are functionally accurate, ongoing usage of the product is correct, and provide answers to general product questions.
Utilize JSON and Yaml in setup of system. Ability to read JavaScript preferred.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously along with day-to-day duties and any other client or internal special requests.
Work in conjunction with the Products team to report client enhancement requests, debug client issues, and prioritize product development.
Share responsibilities of incoming client communications, troubleshoot client challenges, and brainstorm with other team members on solutions to client issues in a timely manner.
Participate in team meetings to discuss successes/failures of projects and offer suggestions for improvements.
Attend EP-hosted, client-facing events to engage clients as the subject matter expert.
Utilize Salesforce as a CRM tool and run accurate and timely reports out of the system.
Create and manage various databases for periodic client-facing communications.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
Two or more years working in the production industry or equivalent experience.
Development experience preferred and a strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn new tools.
Experience with onboarding crew members and knowledge of payroll set ups a plus.
Bachelor's Degree in General Business, Computer Science, Communications or equivalent line of study preferred.
Must have experience using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and a CRM such as Salesforce.
Comfortable with public speaking, presentation and commanding a room with clients.
Knowledge of JavaScript and Yaml.
Working knowledge of development repositories such as SourceTree.
Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Articulate, persuasive, strategic, proactive, detailed and a high aptitude for learning new and creative ways to solve problems more efficiently.
