We are looking for a HRIS Analyst who you will manage and maintain the HRIS systems, recommending service improvement, developing user procedures and documentation in addition, you will help the HR group be successful in facilitating efficient operations to meet current and future business needs; ensures data integrity, facilitates and coordinates systems implementation, and monitors the systems when changes/upgrades occur.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyzing business problems and improving efficiencies in order to solve them with our automated systems.
• Providing project management support for implementation.
• Report writing of more difficult queries to select and compile information from the HRIS system as needed.
• Data maintenance of HRIS data as system administrator to ensure consistency and audit work for data integrity. Some data entry required.
• Assisting in developing training documents. Assists in training staff and others utilizing HR computer systems.
• Participating in the development of new manual and computerized systems and enhancements to current system.
• Logging issues of HR staff and those experienced by the public in service desk tracking system. Follow up with users to ensure issues were resolved.
JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or HR, or related field
• 5+ years' experience with HRIS computer systems specifically ADP Workforce Now and Halogen
• 3+ years' experience in a human resources environment with exposure to payroll, compensation, benefits and management reporting/metrics
• Some project management experience
• Excellent interpersonal, client service, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
• Considerable knowledge of computer operations and computer systems analysis.
• Strong knowledge and background of Microsoft Office products.
• Working knowledge of and experience in utilizing and creating databases and spreadsheets.
