Part Time Job
Are you passionate about music and events and are looking to gain some experience in the entertainment industry? Then we're looking for you! Entercom seeks reliable, responsible, outgoing, enthusiastic, and solution oriented individuals to work as a part-time Street Teamer for KSEG 96.9 The Eagle in Sacramento. As a Street Teamer, you'll be responsible for representing KSEG 96.9 The Eagle in front of the public at on-site promotions and broadcasts.
Applicants must be able to:
• Work in a fast paced, ever changing, and often high-pressure environment.
• Problem solve and be solution oriented with a focus on customer service first.
• Be knowledgeable about the music and the brands of each station.
• Work as a part of a team or individually.
• Serve as station liaison with event sponsors, station clients, listeners and media.
• Drive promotions vehicles to and from events.
• Conduct on-site promotions and handle clients and listeners on-site.
• Set up and break down and transport promotional event equipment as required.
• Set up and run audio and other types of equipment during an event.
• Hang banners and other staging elements at events.
• Record events (photos, videos and/or audio) for purposes such as social media platforms and a recap of the event.
• Complete winner release forms and other waivers when needed for an event.
• Maintain our promotions prize closets in a clean and neat manner.
• Check email and Promosuite daily.
• Work weekends, holidays and blackout dates (as directed by the Lead Promotions Technician or Promotions Manager).
• Attend department meetings (must arrive on time).
• May need to work with little notice
Education
/Experience and Skills:
• High School diploma or the equivalent (college degree a plus).
• Promotional event experience or radio experience a plus.
• Technical knowledge/experience of sound systems a plus.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
• Must be 21 or older
• Have a valid driver's license and, if a personal vehicle is required, insurance.
• Be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Strong knowledge of current popular music.
