Part-time Graphic Designer (DC)
Entercom Washington, D.C. is looking for a part time Graphic Designer, who will work collaboratively with our sales and programming teams, as well as our Digital Department to help build fully integrated marketing solutions, utilizing one or more of local assets owned and controlled by Entercom (over the air, digital and live events).

RESPONSIBILITIES include:
• Assist Creative Services Manager with cluster-wide graphic design needs;
• Implement designs into each of our station webpages;
• Enhance current branding of market, stations and events;
• Consult, collaborate and brainstorm with sales team on big ideas and how to present them in a compelling proposal for the biggest impact;
• Create marketing and promotional concepts that can be amplified through consumer touch points inherent to radio, including live events, in-store, online and broadcast;
• Design compelling and visually appealing sales proposals and presentations for clients;
• Interpret client needs and translate those needs into a tangible strategy;
• Coordinate with the Market Manager, Director of Digital Content, Director of Digital Sales and Creative Services Manager to make sure visual design adheres to the requirements, objectives and timelines of both Entercom and the client;
• Research digital and social media trends and strategize how to implement these ideas within each of our brands;
• Occasionally assist our sales and videography team with video edits as needed.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• We are looking for a self-starter who thinks creatively, strategically and unconventionally while inspiring others in the group;
• Possess very strong presentation and ''story-telling'' writing skills;
• High level of knowledge in the following:
• Adobe Suite; specifically Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere
• HTML and CSS web coding
• Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Strong process orientation and communication skills;
• Desire to work in fast-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience designing for different types of social media platforms; specifically YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter. Proficient at collecting analytics and interpreting data.
• Animation design experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
• College degree;
• Experience working in a consumer-driven marketing capacity (e.g. brand, advertising sales, agency);
• Be a high-energy, self starter individual that can take ideas and run with them;
• Outstanding attention to detail and refined visual aesthetic;
• Great work ethic and high-energy person;
• Extremely creative and resourceful; must multi-task and prioritize with ease in a deadline-driven environment across all departments;
• Results-driven team player who can problem solve quickly;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
