Job Purpose:
The Receptionist is the first person visitors meet upon entering the facility and therefore must be consistently professional, welcoming, approachable, and friendly. This person has excellent customer service skills and maintains a calm comfortable area for guests to wait prior to meetings. The Endemol Shine North America Receptionist provides administrative support for the Facilities Team and assists with special projects as required.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Welcomes guests to Endemol Shine North America.
• Answers main phone line and directs calls appropriately.
• Maintains a neat and presentable Reception front desk.
• Schedules and manages conference rooms reservations.
• Assembles and distributes New Hire Packets for all incoming Corporate and Freelance employees.
• Creates signage for new hires and internal moves.
• Programs and creates keycards for all new hires.
• Receives USPS, FedEx, UPS, and Messenger packages. Creates FedEx shipping labels.
• Orders and tracks corporate subscriptions on recurring credit card.
• Responsible for assisting Director, Facilities with reconciling credit card purchases ensuring fields are filled out appropriately and receipts are uploaded and submitted for approval.
• Distributes and tracks parking validations for guests.
• Processing of Business Cards.
• Updates various spreadsheets including Company Directory, Floor Warden lists, Keycard tracking for production, and other general administrative duties.
• May provide coverage for assistants as needed, under the direction of the Director, Facilities.
• Assist Director, Facilities with projects as needed.
Skills &
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-3 years' experience in a corporate setting with administrative experience.
• Must have a professional, friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills and a ''can-do'' posit attitude.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills – this role interacts with employees at all levels of the company.
• Must be a pro-active, self-starter who can work independently as well as with a team.
• Must have superior attention to detail and work well under pressure.
• Must communicate and keep managers informed of any issues that arise at reception or security.
Eligibility
Requirements:
• Must be willing to submit to a background investigation.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
