Reporting :
EVP Sales, Acquisitions & Co-productions, Banijay Rights, or their nominated replacement and VP, Sales USA Banijay Rights
Job Purpose:
Provision of executive support to the EVP Sales, Acquisitions & Coproduction and their wider teams, together with office support and the organisation of divisional events.
Responsibilities:
• Diary management for EVP Sales, Acquisitions & Coproduction and VP Sales USA including all travels schedules and subsequent arrangements;
• Meeting coordination including arranging logistics, creating and maintaining agendas and material preparation;
• Preparation of sales and other presentations as required by Diary management for EVP Sales, Acquisitions & Coproduction and VP Sales USA
• Manage expenses submission for Diary management for EVP Sales, Acquisitions & Coproduction and VP Sales USA
• Manage domestic and international travel for Diary management for EVP Sales, Acquisitions & Coproduction and VP Sales USA
• Support to the wider sales team as required;
• Support to wider teams as required;
Office Management:
• Plan team building traditions and activities to engender a strong organisational and team culture;
• Management of specific project tasks, i.e. office moves / welcome packs / Christmas gifts and events as required;
• Coordinate office for Banijay Rights LA;
• Coordinate general office needs and administration;
• Other duties as required.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, and an openness to learning other office and communication tools as needed;
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to improve processes;
• Friendly and approachable manner with a can-do attitude;
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Works well in both team oriented and self-directed environments;
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time.
Compensation Range:
• Position is budgeted for a compensation range of $45,000 - $55,000 Annually (Hourly/Non Exempt).
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
