Intern - Marketing Communications & PR

This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship

I'm hiring for two internship positions this spring/summer for my company, Emily Grace Productions.

I am a small start-up business and need more hands on deck to get my services in front of even more actors in need of marketing help! This internship is perfect for you if you want a hands-on, fast-paced learning experience that provides you with real work experience instead of just occasional grunt work that no one else wants to do.

You'll be assisting me in creating and marketing educational content, and connecting building relationships with other like-minded businesses.

YOU are positive, responsible, organized, creative, forward-thinking, and easy going. You're a creative and detail-oriented person who can keep yourself accountable to deadlines without supervision. You're extremely web-savvy and popping up a blog is no big deal to you. You're a quick learner, and great with follow through.

Position 1: Marketing Communications Intern
• Editing articles, blog posts and presentations
• Repurposing content
• Online research
• Managing and scheduling social media strategy

Position 2: Public Relations Intern
• Scanning press opportunities
• Screening and requesting interview requests
• Researching speaking opportunities
• Updating a running list of as seen in/press mentions

Logistics for both positions:
• You MUST have your own laptop and reliable wireless service.
• You'll be working from your own home (or coffee shop or beach), so you need to be good at directing yourself and managing your own time.
• 20 hour/week position
