Global entertainment company is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support their legal team, this is an excellent opportunity for someone considering attending law school to pursue a career in entertainment or employment law.
This is a very fast-paced collaborative environment where you will work alongside a fast past team with very project-oriented work. This is an excellent opportunity to sharpen your skills and gain experience with a prestigious entertainment company
Responsibilities
• Heavy calendar management
• Assist with document preparation
• Sit in on meetings, take notes, and prepare meeting summaries
• Draft and edit confidential agreements and contracts
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Basic knowledge of legal concepts and/or employment law
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and a true team player
Salary $55k to $58k with paid OT and top benefits
