Our client, a theme park and resort company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner to join their team. The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner seeks out and recruits salaried, specialized, and technical positions for Parks & Resorts. Responsibilities also include generating creative recruiting initiatives, collecting and analyzing market research, negotiating offers and ensuring successful onboarding for newly hired leaders.
Responsibilities
• Seek out and recruit exempt, specialized, and technical positions for all Parks & Resorts.
• Develop and implement the plan for the Company's recruiting strategy and help set and meet annual hiring goals based on market potential and hiring dynamics and trends.
• Supervise onboarding for exempt level talent to include the professional and efficient management of necessary travel requirements and reimbursements, authorized access forms and all other onboarding requirements.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Sr. Manager and Employment Brand Manager to create marketing collateral (web-based recruitment, paper, social media, radio, television, and others materials) to align with the Company's employment branding strategy.
• Manage Company LinkedIn profile according to talent acquisition and employment branding strategies.
• Create and implement innovative sourcing initiatives that result in incremental headcount.
Qualifications
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of recruiting and interviewing experience required.
• Exempt level recruiting experience highly preferred.
• 1-3 years leadership experience preferred.
• Proficient knowledge with intermediate skills of common office software such as Microsoft Office and Excel required.
• Proficient knowledge with intermediate skills of applicant tracking systems (ATS) required.
• Knowledge of office equipment and computers.
• Knowledge of employment law.
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
