Our client, a talent agency leader, has an immediate need for entry-level Mailroom Clerks in New York City! In this role, the Mailroom Clerk will assist with mailroom activities (sorting, tracking, metering, delivering, etc.), maintain inventory and stockroom supplies, set up/break down conference rooms, maintain invoices, and operate mailroom equipment.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates to gain entry-level, entertainment based experience with an international talent agency leader.
Requirements are as follows:
• 1 to 2 years of administrative/office experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to lift light boxes/objects, and comfortable with working on your feet and walking throughout duration of shift
• Ability to work onsite, Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm with occasional overtime
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, corporate entertainment environment
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with excellent phone demeanor
• B.A. Degree preferred
