Our client, a creator-driven content studio building next-generation media brands on social media in New York, is looking for a Head of brand partnerships to join their growing team. The team Our team is behind short form hits viewed up to 5M times every single day. The Head of partnerships would lead the charge in building relationships and selling brands to a growing roster of talent and original series. As head of partnerships, you'll be managing the sales process end to end. This includes reaching out, marketing, and pitching. The ideal candidate is equal parts goal-oriented and creative, who can work with little oversight, someone who is motivated, willing to roll with changing deadlines and workflows, thrives in a startup environment and is excited about building something.
Responsibilities:
• Meet sales goals daily
• Identify and seek out a strong advertiser client base
• Represent the organization with key clients and agencies
• Build long-term, profitable, and trusted relationships with brand and agency partners
• Forecast and achieve targets through the management of a strong pipeline
• Work with our production, creative, and project management teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and clients are satisfied
• Prepare pitch materials for clients, working with production and creative to ideate innovative concepts
• Stay ahead of the latest trends in short-form content and the content creator industry
• Advocate for the organization across the advertising industry; including public speaking and event appearances
• Manage multiple projects/teams at once and create a high volume of content on a rolling basis
Qualifications
• 3 years' experience in advertising sales and partnerships
• Experience within creator or influencer marketing, or in the delivery of social success strategies is a plus
• Consultative seller who understands industry trends into which creator marketing fits
• Network of brand relationships
• An appreciation of creativity and culture
• High Growth mindset
