Creative Project Coordinator
Creative Project Coordinator supports the Creative Director's efforts to develop creative strategy and provide aesthetic direction for the overall brand, rides, show facilities and guest experience elements, which include but are not limited to storyline, project concept, vehicle design, brand development (logo, key art, brand style guide), design development (architectural / MEP and show set package), material & color specifications (rides, facilities, show elements, FF&E, etc.), graphics concepts and design development, lighting concept, audio (music, sound effects & script development), sourcing props, décor, etc.
Responsibilities:
• Development of Keynote / PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external audiences for use in various capacities, including communication of project concept, content and status.
• Responsible for preparation of scope documents, including but not limited to Scopes of Work, Deliverables List, Attraction Scope Documents, etc.
• Assist with marking up drawings / packages to aid Creative Director in providing internal and external resources with feedback on submittals.
• Assist with sourcing show props and other materials as requested by Creative Director.
• Attend and participate in project meetings as required to ensure complete understanding of goals, objectives, scope and action items.
• Coordinate and schedule project meetings with appropriate key players.
• Manage, transfer and archive creative assets via Dropbox.
Creative Project Coordinator Requirements:
• Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• 1-3 years' experience in creative environment preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint (or Keynote).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat.
• Must be courteous and polite in written and oral communications and be able to convey ideas in a non-confrontational manner in one-on-one situations, small groups and before large audiences. Must utilize Leading with Love tenets.
