Our client, a global entertainment, and media leader in the West Los Angeles area is looking for a sharp Administrative Assistant to join their team. In this dynamic role, you will be supporting the day-to-day operations of the Global Head of Facilities to maintain an organized environment and clear the path for the Executives to do their best work. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with navigating a fast-paced environment. This position is suitable for a candidate who wants a career in facilities operations.
Responsibilities
• Answer heavy phones lines
• Maintain communication while providing exceptional customer service
• Coordinate meetings and schedule in Outlook
• Prepare expense reports
• Attend meetings and take notes for follow up
• Other projects and personal assistance as needed
Qualifications
• 1-2 years of Administrative and or Facilities Management experience preferred
• Property Management/Real Estate experience preferred
• Computer savvy (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Able to anticipate needs and execute accordingly
• High aptitude for troubleshooting problems
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to work early mornings or late nights as needed
Education
Bachelor's degree is preferred
