Full Time Job
Our client, a new media organization focusing on immersive experiences, is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join their team! In this role, you'll help lead cross departmental planning functions and manage day to day operational needs, including vendor management, AP/AR processing, travel booking, and equipment procurement. Additionally, you'll also assist with production and project coordination, including on-site logistics, among other duties. This is an excellent opportunity to develop with a new, exciting media company!
You should have:
- a Bachelor's degree
- a minimum 2-3 years' relevant experience in business planning, operations, or administrative support, including experience with invoicing (entertainment or tech experience highly preferred)
- proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite
- excellent communicative, collaborative, and problem solving skills, with a proven attention to detail
- production coordination experience a plus!
This is a direct hire opportunity which will be remote to start, but that will require reporting to an office based on Los Angeles stay at home orders, with compensation of $22-24/hr, DOE. For consideration, please submit your resume
