Eleven Arts is an LA-based anime film distributor for critically acclaimed anime titles such as Millennium Actress, Liz and the Blue Bird, Maquia: When the Promised Flower Blooms, Japanese Academy Award Winners A Silent Voice and Penguin Highway, and more. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Social Media Coordinator eager to work in anime. The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing the day-to-day functions of social media for the company. They will work closely with the Marketing team to develop an innovative and effective social media strategy, focusing on analytics, company brand, and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee the execution of a social media calendar
- Monitor, measure and continually update best practices by platform
- Develop innovative social media plans for all campaigns, initiatives, and promotions
- Oversee the development and maintenance of all social channels ensuring content is interesting, promotes company messaging, and tailored for our customer and their lifestyle
- Write copy for social posts and engage with an online following
- Research and monitor competitive social media campaigns and share analysis and recommendations with team members
- Implement tests and best practices to continue each platform's success
- Plan out and execute influencer partnerships to promote each film
- Create detailed decks after every promotional campaign to provide concrete measures of effectiveness
Knowledge, Skills, And Qualifications
- Extensive use of social media either personally or professionally required
- Extensive knowledge in anime and experience in anime fandom is a must
- Ability to create assets in Photoshop, Premiere, or other comparable software is a must
- Experience with online monitoring, measuring, and queuing platforms
- Strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build solid business relationships internally and externally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have demonstrated experience and a strong understanding of social media trends specifically for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
