Your mission is to make sure the team's daily work lives runs smooth. We work out of a co-working space and also have a house that we use for events. You will be involved in both.

Can work in a fast-paced environment
Office Management:
Serve as main point of contact with co-working space team and external operations vendorsDevelop and implement a Process & Procedure Playbook.
Lead internal communication and act as point of contact for all internal Operations and Culture related requests.
Assist in the launch and implementation of new internal programs and processes.
Regularly maintain internal databases and login/password spreadsheets.
Develop internal policies, as well as coordinate and deliver internal announcements
Order groceries as needed
Take staff meeting notes.
Keep business files in order
Keep all tech in working order, phones, computers, etc
Organize all office supplies, home supplies, storage areas, pantry
Review main email box, forwarding important emails to appropriate parties
Event/House Management:
Keep house and property maintained and presentable
Prepare house for guests and photoshoots
Make sure the clients products are always represented and placed well.
Manage house/office vendors, including maintenance/cleaners, pool, gardener, IT, etc
Help with events, big and small
Oversee improvements (Landscape, equipment, upgrades, etc) and work with landlord when necessary
Greet & sign-in guests upon arrival
Oversee house organization and client inventory
