Element Brand Group, a brand marketing and PR firm, is seeking a driven, polished, and entertainment savvy assistantfor our company's quickly growing and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and writing skills, strong attention to detail, and be able to manage projects in a timely fashion within a fast-paced environment. The candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations or a related field, and have at least 1 year of experience as an assistant in a similar role (internship experience applicable).
Job Responsibilities:
-Carry out daily office administrative tasks, including maintaining office supplies, mail/package management, etc.
-Maintain company expense reports; track both internal and client spending
-Serve as assistant to several client teams. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings and conference calls, managing meeting agendas and recaps, status reports, media clipping and servicing, etc.
-Coordinate travel (book flights, hotels, etc.) for clients and talent
-Facilitate relationships with media (as directed), conduct industry research for client teams and craft pitches for clients (as needed)
-Assist in recruiting seasonal interns and manage their daily workload and schedules
