Full Time Job
Electric Entertainment, a full-service film, television, post production and sales company, is seeking a skilled, highly organized, proactive Worldwide Distribution Services Coordinator to support and facilitate the delivery of materials to worldwide licensees. Must have two years of relevant post-production experience to be considered. This position reports to Director of Worldwide Distribution Services and the Head of Post Production.
Job Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely delivery of required materials to U.S. and worldwide licensees with highly organized tracking and communication
• Follow-up with producers regarding deliverables
• Develop relationships with counterparts at various platforms
• Correspond with Electric's sales, marketing, and legal departments regarding deliverables
requirements for licensees and third party acquisitions; attend weekly meetings
• Review ''QC'' reports with supervisor and re-deliver as needed
• Input data and maintain library database for Electric properties and third party acquisitions
• Create materials when needed using editing software
• Coordinate deliverables for platforms carrying Electric Now (FAST channel and app)
• Provide administrative support to head of post-production and coordinate post-related requests
from marketing and production (e.g., ADR scheduling, creation of clips for social media)
• Maintain Vimeo and DVD creation of all media for review or screening purposes
• Generate POs to cover various materials deliveries to various platforms
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' experience at a post-production facility or in a similar role
• Diligent self-starter who produces work with a high degree of accuracy
• Experience with the Microsoft Suite, Photoshop, editing and database management software
• Must have strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Works well independently and initiates follow-up where needed
