This is a Full Time Job
Electric Entertainment, a full-service television, film, and sales company, is seeking a full-time Operations PA to support our Operations department. The ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined, organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full time, in-person role based in our West Hollywood office.
Duties:
• Assisting Operations and Facilities Managers with daily tasks and project execution
• Providing general office administrative support across departments
• Troubleshooting basic IT and tech support issues (hardware/software/printer setup, etc.)
• Maintaining and organizing inventory of office equipment and supplies
• Coordinating office-wide events, screenings, and meetings
• Performing miscellaneous production office runs and errands as needed
• Managing incoming deliveries, building access, and physical office upkeep
• Supporting interdepartmental needs related to office functions and infrastructure
• Preparing meeting rooms and maintaining communal spaces
• Reporting maintenance issues and liaising with vendors or building personnel
Required Qualifications:
• 1 year or more of professional experience in office, operations, or facilities support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment
• Mechanically inclined and tech-savvy
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and working vehicle
• Comfortable with occasional lifting or light physical work
Desired Qualifications:
• Experience with facilities or production office support
• Familiarity with basic IT troubleshooting or tech coordination
• Bachelor's Degree
Salary: $19.00 per hour. Full-time employees are eligible for health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
