This is a Full Time Job
Electric Entertainment, a full-service film, television, and sales company, is seeking a proactive and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain entry-level experience in the entertainment industry while supporting the daily operations of a busy production and distribution office. This is a full-time, in-person position based in West Hollywood.
Duties:
• Answering and directing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette
• Greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming front desk environment
• Managing conference room schedules and coordinating meeting logistics
• Overseeing kitchen and common area upkeep, including restocking supplies
• Organizing incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
• Liaising with departments regarding office needs, maintenance, and events
• Monitoring and ordering office and kitchen inventory
• Providing general administrative support to the Operations team
• Assisting with onboarding of new hires (office tours, welcome materials, etc.)
• Supporting office-wide events and maintaining workplace standards
Required Qualifications:
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook), Zoom, and Google Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Positive, customer-service oriented attitude
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
Desired Qualifications:
• Prior receptionist, front desk, or office coordinator experience
• Interest in entertainment, media, or production environments
• Experience managing shared calendars and vendor coordination
Salary: $18.00 per hour, non-exempt.
