ELEANOR is seeking a Staff Producer with a knack for live-action production in commercials, music videos, and branded content. This role requires prior producing experience and understanding of what is needed to make projects come to life.
Role And Responsibilities
You'll partner with directors, agencies, and clients to produce various projects that require us to deliver quality and an all-around great experience.
You'll handle project bidding and oversee freelance producers and production teams.
You'll Maintain budgets and track billing
You'll Maintain production schedules
You are a leader, not only for the projects you oversee but also for the teams working on them. Be prepared to step up whenever necessary.
You make sure deadlines are met with lethal precision and flag the ones that aren't attainable upfront.
You schedule, track and prioritize assignments and make sure the right resources (we mean people, of course!) are available.
You'll communicate production status to management on a regular basis
You'll Develop training documents, standards procedures, and production guidelines for staff and freelancers.
You're a team player and will support your co-workers and management as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in film, communications, marketing, management, or related field
Prior experience working at production companies is an asset
Familiarity with all aspects of production to facilitate effective communication
Knowledge of union rules
Superb organizational and time management skills
Ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
Capable of meeting deadlines and working with daily time constraints
Talent for anticipating needs
Professional judgment for handling confidential information
Excellent written and spoken verbal communications; professional telephone etiquette
Knowledge of HotBudget,
