Our company is growing and there is an opportunity for a labor coordinator and payroll administrator at Eighteentwentysix. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and willing to help develop new company systems and procedures. Experience in the live-event, music, or entertainment industry is preferred. This role is office based in North Hollywood, CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage onboarding / training processes.
Manage staff scheduling
Coordinate and assign staff on projects
Bimonthly payroll for entertainment personnel.
Tracking payroll deductions: ensuring employee changes are entered correctly and processed in a timely manner.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Associate/Bachelor's degree in similar field
Exposure to the live entertainment / music industry
Experience with project management tools
Business management experience is a plus
Experience using CAPS/Egnyte payroll solutions.
Experience with QuickBooks.
