Intern - for Special Programming Silent Era
DTLA Film Festival -- the largest film-TV event in the historic core of the Film Capital of the World -- seeks a film studies graduate or graduate-level student to assist with special programming. The selected candidate will work with the festival's senior curator to identify progressively-themed (proto-feminism, ethnic-cultural diversity) films from the Silent Era to showcase at the festival's next annual edition (Sept. 7-11, 2022).
All work is remote. Expect 4-5 hours a week. Depending on the level of corporate sponsorship for the program, a stipend is also possible. However, for the short term, this is an unpaid internship.
Please send resume and a brief cover letter as to your interest and qualifications for the position.
