Content Producer (Tampa, FL)
We're looking for a talented Content Producer to join our Tampa facility and help bring Driveline's training methodology to life through compelling visual content. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career creative who wants to work at the intersection of sports and digital media.
As a Content Producer, you'll be the boots-on-the-ground creative force, capturing the daily moments that showcase why Driveline is the leader in data-driven baseball development. You'll work directly with elite athletes and coaches, transforming training floor insights and stories into content that educates, inspires, and drives business growth.
Who You Are
• A skilled content creator with a portfolio that demonstrates technical ability in videography and editing
• Passionate about sports and storytelling
• Comfortable working independently while taking creative direction
• Eager to learn and grow within a structured content system
• Technically minded enough to manage equipment and troubleshoot systems
Primary Responsibilities
Content Creation (80%)
• Serve as primary videographer/photographer and editor for all Tampa facility content
• Scout and capture compelling moments during athlete training sessions
• Edit 20 short-form videos monthly for social platforms
• Help produce 2-3 longer-form YouTube videos monthly
• Execute creative for 2-3 ad campaigns monthly
• Transform coaching insights and athlete stories into visually engaging content
• Adapt content for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency
Technical & Project Management (20%)
• Keep project progress updated via Notion & Slack
• Organize digital assets for team accessibility
• Support operation of OBS recording systems
• Maintain content equipment
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Train staff on content capture tools
Required Qualifications
• Portfolio demonstrating video/photo skills (sports content preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and basic photo editing
• Demonstrated technical experience with camera equipment
• Ability to work some non-traditional hours when needed (early mornings, evenings, or weekends)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
• 1-2 years of professional content creation experience
• Background in or passion for baseball and human performance
• Understanding of social media platforms and what performs
• Basic motion graphics skills
• Experience with streaming/recording systems
