Part Time Unpaid Internship
Established Los Angeles Talent Management Company currently seeking part-time interns. Looking for ambitious, professional, detail oriented individuals with leadership, self-starter, and strong follow through qualities, with excellent organizational and communication skills; who are looking for a part-time internship to learn more about the talent management side of the entertainment business and / or to possibly work into a full time paid position with the company. Commission potential offered immediately after training.
Qualifications:
• Confident, responsible, trustworthy, self-motivated, quick learning individuals, with the ability to multi-task, think outside of the box, and contribute to/propose cutting edge new ideas to enhance productivity, organizational effectiveness, and to stay ahead of the trends so we are always a leader in the Industry.
• Must possess impeccable phone etiquette, advanced communication, organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently, and must be computer savvy.
• Must also have a mature and positive attitude, strong degree of initiative and flexibility, hunger to learn & grow as an individual, and to be a team player, always willing to go above and beyond to help our clients and company grow to the next level.
Responsibilities:
• Packaging and submitting our actor clients for television and film projects, handling all aspects of client auditions, confirmations and reschedules, resolving conflicts with clients schedules, coordinating client bookings, call sheets and travel details, professional communication with agents, casting directors, publicists and industry, script coverage, help with client produced projects, and learning contract negotiations.
• Project coordination and organizational skills, updating and keeping current our grid and project entries, and our client and company records, ledgers and guides. Helping create and update client-marketing materials such as online sites, resumes, headshots, bios, blurbs, epk's, reels, social media and PR needs.
• Help with the day-to-day general office activities, receiving and screening visitors and incoming calls, helping prepare, set up, greet and take notes in client and industry meetings, keeping supplies stocked and office organized.
• Going to set, screenings, premieres, and events to support clients. Attending industry showcases to scout and network. When interfacing with clients and industry executives and professionals, one must always do so in a confidential, mature, positive and professional manner.
• There is also a need for tech and social media experts. Bilingual is always helpful, but not required.
