Dolphin Entertainment needs an experienced HR Evangelist to join our Human Resources team!
We are a talented, passionate, engaged, diverse, and inclusive Pod looking for an HR Evangelist who has proven HR Generalist skills, understands social media, listens, engages employees with enthusiasm, and helps create a climate of inclusivity and belonging.
In this role, you will help managers build a climate that attracts and retains diverse talent. Join people engaged and enthusiastic about our client's success, and understand how the Super Group values each individual's career growth and works to foster a feeling of belonging.
Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, you will provide broad-based support for the development, implementation, and administration of HR programs and policies that support the goals of the Super Group. And you will have opportunities to partner with managers and senior leaders to implement effective HR policies, practices, and culture initiatives that will support the group's strategic growth, building employee engagement and satisfaction.
You must have experience with HR administration in high growth and dynamic environments and a zeal to reach out to staff and successfully engage them in ongoing team-building experiences.
This position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources.

Lead culture initiatives
Manage administrative tasks with accuracy
Qualifications
3-5 years of progressive experience in a Human Resources Generalist role
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized
Strong interpersonal skills
DE&I Certification
Love what you do
Proficiency using LinkedIn
Proficiency in California employment practices
Experience in helping to developed and attain DE&I goals'
