The Director of Information Technology's position is responsible for managing, developing, and implementing IT policies, procedures, infrastructure, and integration across the Supergroup. Developing a forward-looking technology roadmap for the future of Dolphin Entertainment.
This position will be responsible for procurement recommendations, installation, and management of all computer and technology equipment. The position will also be responsible for coordinating with the software vendors on the installation of new releases and support.
- Expert at aligning technology strategies with corporate goals across multi-state locations
- Demonstrate effectiveness in assessing, planning, and implementing workable IT solutions
- An approachable and friendly leader
Proven project management, Budget & resource Management, Vendor Management and Network Infrastructure Management across multiple offices.
Demonstrable experience implementing local, cloud and critical security infrastructures.
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of all departmental communications, documents, correspondence and computer databases.
• Self-motivated being able to work on your own, to plan and organize personal work schedule, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain a working relationship with all departments, fellow employees and senior executives
• This work is performed in a typical office setting, requiring the ability to sit and/or stand for extended periods. Daily computer use, including viewing computer screens and reading documents required.
• Reaching, walking, kneeling, climbing ladder or stepladder or other movements may be required. Must be physically able to lift and carry office equipment and materials up to 40 lbs. Must be able to use basic hand tools.
• 10+ years of experience working in I.T. operations with a leadership titled role in information technology
• Possess at least a bachelor's degree in information technology
Certifications Needed:
MCP - Microsoft Certified Professional
MCDST - Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician
ACHDS - Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist
ACSA - Apple Certified System Administrator
MCSA - Microsoft Certified System Administrator
MCTS - Server 2008 Active Directory Configuration
