Job Summary:
The Sales Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the strategic delivery of training for the Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Sales Team. With innovation and teamwork at the forefront, this leader is expected to lead a team of Sales Training Specialists to develop and deliver training content. This leader will lead evaluation strategies to measure success while executing training that covers the Cast Member life cycle. They will lead the integration of updates into existing materials and continually evolve training content.
Innovation and the development of ongoing content are central to our training strategy. This leader will be responsible for implementing trends to support our vision in collaboration with peers and partners. A future focused mindset and a propensity for change and change management will be key to the success of this leader. Strong partnership, communication, and collaboration with DVC Training & Development Cast Members will be critical for success as the team and content continue to grow.
This role will also be responsible for leading the Sales Delivery Team. Leadership goals will include the coaching and development of Sales Training Specialists, recruiting of new talent, and partnership with key client areas. Building influence and forging new relationships with DVC partners will be vital to the success of this leader.
This leader must also have the ability to be proactive when addressing training needs, taking the time to consult with clients, and leading the team to implement solutions. The leader must have high level project management and organization skills to lead key initiatives and leverage Cast Member skills to achieve results. A strong aptitude for technology and background in instructional design will be critical to the success of this leader.
Responsibilities:
• 5 Years of leadership experience – preferably in a Training & Development or HR capacity
• Proven experience in team building and development of Sales Training Specialists
• Experience within adult training, learning and development
• Tech savvy with experience leveraging technology to enhance learning and learning experiences
• Experience with project management and content development
• Experience with facilitating learning experiences
• Experience with implementation and evaluation of training
• Demonstrated ability to adapt successfully in a fast paced, ever changing environment
• Proven flexibility and ability to collaborate with and influence partners, peers, and clients
• Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate business principles to Cast Members at all levels
• Robust metrics driven and analytical skills
• Proven decision maker with the ability to handle multiple tasks while under time constraints.

• Commitment to integrating Disney heritage and the 4 Keys into the team and the business
Basic Qualifications:
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with all levels of leadership, including negotiation skills
• Demonstrated coaching and counseling skills to develop and motivate Cast to drive enhanced Training & Development experiences
• Demonstrated effective critical thinking, problem solving/process improvement skills to identify and resolve day-to-day operational opportunities and drive an exceptional level of service
• Demonstrated detail orientation, project management skills, organization, prioritization and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed established performance goals
• Contribute positively as a collaborative member of a team, with a strong commitment to integrity, learning and excellence
• Prior sales or sales training experience
Required Education
• Bachelor's degree in applicable field of study (Business, HR, Communications, Education, Instructional Design)
Preferred Education
• Master's degree in applicable field of study (Business, HR, Communications, Education, Instructional Design)
