Job Summary:
As a key contributor to the Engagement Marketing team, the Coordinator serves a critical role as the point-person for all campaign assets and provides best-in-class campaign support to bring strategies to life. The Coordinator works across all aspects of marketing, including but not limited to paid media, events, and partnerships and consistently contributes ideas that drive marketing innovation and excellence.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and traffic marketing assets and collateral from the creative development stage through final executions across digital, on-air, print, social, premiums and out of home placements.
• Manage campaign calendars, timelines, due dates and facilitate all elements throughout the approval process to ensure timely deliveries.
• Act as key liaison with internal partners in the development and execution of marketing elements to ensure a cohesive consumer experience in accordance with Disney guidelines. Responsible for creating work orders and routing assets for approvals.
• Assistance in the creation of marketing presentations, reports, one-sheets and other internal communications.
• Key contributor to shaping innovative marketing concepts and monitoring what's top of mind for our consumers, including competitive campaigns and emerging trends.
• General coordination duties; budget tracking; copywriting; set up meetings, post-meeting notes; process invoices; event support.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year in marketing or project management/coordination role, with an affinity towards targeting kids and millennial moms
• Demonstrated ability to communicate openly and honestly, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with high standards of quality excellence, creative and strategic thinker
• Ability to collaborate with and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize project workflow in a fast paced environment
• Strong understanding and use of social and digital media
• Positive can-do attitude with strong initiative and follow through
• Skilled in all Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Outlook and Keynote
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in marketing, digital media, social media, advertising, kids television, kid's products and trends, women's lifestyle (entertainment/products/parenting) or messaging to young kids (entertainment/products)
• Understanding of multicultural marketing and connecting with diverse audience segments
• Previous experience with paid media planning
• Knowledge of SAP, Photoshop
Required Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of work experience
Preferred Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Digital Media
