Reporting to the Vice President – Creative Marketing, Disney Channels Worldwide, partnering with Programming and Current Series Development & Production, Marketing Production, Engagement Marketing, Digital Media and Brand/Franchise Management, this individual will co-lead the Creative Marketing team supporting Disney Kids TV (Disney Channel, Disney Junior, Disney XD brands, etc.).
include shaping and implementing creative strategies as it relates to on-air and delivery of video-based creative assets that support the kids brands and their related priorities. Included within the scope of responsibilities are all related creative marketing elements, including oversight of campaign conception. The work of this team must consistently deliver the highest quality creative elements that meet strategic and brand goals while adhering to global brand positioning and creative guidelines.
This individual must have a proven track record in managing the innovative creative expression of leading brands and/or businesses that target a kids demographic. Additionally, they must demonstrate significant experience in managing the on-air creative process of a television business and show a proven track record in effectively motivating and managing a large creative team. Additionally, they must be experienced and highly engaged in digital media platforms that serve this target group. This individual must be a self-starter, forward thinking and an effective, persuasive presenter and communicator across multiple departments, and senior management.
Lead a highly skilled and innovative Creative Marketing team who support the ratings, revenue and global expansion of the DCWW business. This includes developing, motivating and evaluating employees, as well as fostering a highly collaborative team-oriented environment that consistently delivers best-in-class creative solutions, across all platforms.
Reporting to the VP - Creative Marketing, Disney Channels Worldwide, this position will partner with Programming, Current Series, Marketing Production, Engagement Marketing, Digital Media and Brand teams to actualize and implement progressive creative strategies. This role will liaise with our global creative teams to ensure creative consistency and elevate best practices.
Creative Strategy & Creative Marketing: Supervise, from development to execution, of all DCWW creative marketing elements, packaging (in collaboration with internal Motion Design team) and campaigns. Collaborate with Ad Sales Marketing teams to activate and implement innovative, revenue-generating solutions. Partner with Ad Sales, Franchise Marketing and Digital Media teams to ensure creative consistency across multiple platforms and business groups.
Collaboration: Work in tandem with the VP, Creative Marketing, Production team on asset management and delivery timelines as well as budget management, Director of Motion Design on graphic strategy and implementation. Work with outside vendors on creative.
Global: Partnering with overall departmental function, provide DCWW creative consultation, review and input global creative campaigns and assets when asked and needed.
• Minimum of 10 creative years within the media / entertainment space and a proven creative leader
• Proven management skills
• Concepted creative marketing strategies
• Experienced in managing the overall creative and production process
• Has overseen and juggled a large volume of multi-level creative projects and creative strategy development
• Demonstrated creative strategic ability – from concept to final execution for launch campaigns, stunts, sustain campaigns,
• Skilled in managing live-action shoots, inclusive of talent management
• independent thinker and able to liaison with a strong sense of organization and tactical thoughts with production teams, brand strategy teams and design teams
• a proven understanding of deadlines for strategy, planning processes and creative team as well as self.
• Has mobilized and managed a highly diverse team of creatives with many diverse personalities
• Able to communicate with clear direction across multiple LOBs utilizing strong, persuasive presentation skills
• Expertise in social media content development and other digital media platforms

• Collaborative management style and comfortable in navigating a highly matrixed organization
