Executive Assistant, Programming & Development (Freeform)
Job Summary:
This position provides key administrative support on the Programming and Development team at Freeform.
Responsibilities:
• Administrative duties include but are not limited to: maintaining heavy calendars, answering heavy phones, reading and reporting development material, completion of expense and travel reports and other business related files.
• Organizing a high volume work flow and materials to stay ahead of deadlines and support the executives' needs.
• Serve as the liaison between the network and production.
• Read scripts and provide coverage.
Basic Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role at an agency, studio or network.
• Must be self-motivated and take initiative.
• Demonstrated experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet Explorer
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting creative input on various projects.
• Thrives in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong interest in TV, passion for programming / development
Preferred Qualifications:
• Working knowledge of data entry in a file maker pro database.
• Comfortable interacting with agents and assistants.
Required Education
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of work experience
