Job Summary:
Coordinator - Marketing Production Operations
Responsibilities:
• Tracks deliverables overall to assure they are moving through the system
• Acquire assets and selects for projects for all platforms
• Stay updated on status of asset deliveries and show production dates
• Track and confirm asset delivery including graphics
• Care and feeding of systems including scripts and all pertinent information
• Follow up on clearances to assure completion
• Provide back up to manager in regards to reporting status
• Route spots, tracking their progress and updating the database
• Handle notes for rough cut meetings, including communication to producers and entry into the database
• Various report management and distribution
• Maintain super user knowledge of production processes and new systems that help facilitate the marketing workflow
• Communicate with producers on any production matters which may affect their project
• Communicate to manager any hot spots or urgent issues
• Assist when needed on projects that require physical production support
Basic Qualifications:
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with employees on all levels
• Experience working with tight deadlines, must be intuitive, self-motivated and listen carefully to directions with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Desire to stay within the production side of the industry
• Strong interest in production, post production, and graphics
• Possess incredible attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in production, operations or post-production, preferably supporting a similar team in an OAP environment
• MAC Proficient
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Adobe Acrobat
• Database Management
• QuickTime
Required Education
Bachelor's degree preferably in Television Production and/or Film and/or Broadcast Production, or equivalent work experience
