Our team's goal is to produce creative solutions for our advertisers by combining our intellectual property with their brands – enhancing both and compromising neither. We're looking for someone who can support this team, and contribute to the creative process.
The Coordinator for Integrated Marketing will be responsible for supporting the creative team in all aspects of project management and production execution across all platforms for Disney ABC Television, including but not limited to: custom integrated promos, sizzles, original shoot concepts, tagged promos, custom content and live events.
While the position focuses on coordinating various projects/initiatives, this position requires a focus on creativity, innovation and writing. The coordinator will participate and contribute to all projects.
Responsibilities
• Coordination and production (writing and execution) of creative materials including internal/external pitches, one-sheets, presentations, recaps, sizzles, and social materials.
• Route creative materials through legal/BS&P, marketing, and business affairs teams.
• Asset Management with vendors, clients and internal partners.
• Develop project timelines and manage trackers for department projects.
• Handle legal contract and talent requests.
• Work with accounting to process invoices
• Create, compile and maintain working spreadsheets for account tracking, proposal submissions, budgets, and timelines.
• Research and share the latest marketing trends, specifically within the Integrated Marketing landscape.
• Specific clerical tasks include, but are not limited to: coordinating conference calls and meetings, ordering team office supplies, and archiving files.
• Actively contribute to team brainstorms, developing creative concepts for the Integrated Marketing team.
• Provide outstanding customer service with the ability to form and continue key internal and external client relationships.
• Flexibility to occasionally work outside normal business hours in the event of deadlines or projects.
Basic Qualifications
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
• Demonstrated storytelling ability – creatively linking an idea across properties.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong problem solving skills as well as continuous improvement process skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills including relationship management and communication.
• Strong knowledge of and regular use of Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of social media landscape and tools.
• Ability to work within Final Draft.
• Proficient knowledge of Keynote and Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in video editing with software such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize project workflow and deadlines in a fast pace environment.
• Capable of working within a collaborative team environment as well as independently.
• Ability to take direction from multiple people.
• Sound work ethic with positive can-do attitude.
• Self-motivated and proactive.
• Willingness to participate in and lead creative brainstorms.
• Creative and strategic thinker.
• Desire and commitment to accept increasingly greater challenges and responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Two years' experience working in entertainment marketing, writing and/or creative.
Required Education
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
