Job Summary:
Radio Disney Network seeks a multi-platform pop culture enthusiast Content Producer to support the Content Production & Development team and inspire the group with their ideas and creative execution of content across RDN's media platforms. She/he will be responsible for creative ideation and execution, content management and supplemental support tasks. This person will be part of the Content Production & Development team and work closely with the Social Media team to develop engaging short-form content. The ideal candidate is a creator - passionate about storytelling in all visual formats, highly creative, and an organized multi-tasker who possesses experience working with digital media (video, photo, etc.).
Responsibilities:
• Ideate, concept, and execute video short form content.
• Partner with the Social Media team on the execution of short form and micro content for RDN's social platforms.
• Communicate concepts and creative direction to vendors, editors and gfx designers and supervise execution.
• Manage and build relationships with internal and external creators
• Write and design creative pitch deck
• Participate in weekly creative meetings
• Ingest and track media assets
Basic Qualifications:
• 2 years of experience working in content creation for film/tv and digital content
• Experience at or with music labels, artist management companies, entertainment brands or agencies.
• Experience conceptualizing and creating multiplatform content
• 1 year experience with field shooting on DSLR , 5D or similar
• 1 year experience editing content in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Previous content production experience.
• Experience with video editing software (Final Cut Pro, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interest and knowledge of pop culture required
• Multi-task oriented, strong organizational skills, excellent follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Comfortable performing in a fast-paced environment handling several ongoing tasks.
• Clear communicator and team player
• Demonstrated interest in technology and comfort level working with technology-based tools and applications.
Required Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of work experience
