Job Summary:
The Associate Digital Advertising Account Manager is a supporting role for all digital post-sales advertising coordination for the ABC Owned Television (ABC OTV) stations. ABC OTV is comprised of eight TV Stations, totaling eight websites, 16 apps, and numerous long form streaming video access points. The position supports both the National TV Sales account executives and the local stations' sales teams.
Responsibilities:
The Associate Digital Advertising Account Manager's responsibilities include assisting other Digital Advertising Account Managers and Senior Digital Advertising Account Managers with various duties and efforts in executing the digital campaign. Duties and efforts will include, but are not limited to, booking orders in the ad system, requesting and testing creative assets, coordinating and distributing campaign performance reports to internal stakeholders, collecting and distributing screenshots, general campaign assistance, and standard campaign management as determined by the business unit.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in a customer service or sales environment
• Effective project management skills with proven ability to work with various groups to reach a common goal
• Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines, with a sense of urgency
• Ability to cultivate sales and client relationships
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to execute on shared tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in digital sales or ad trafficking
• Experience using the FreeWheel ad serving platform
• Familiarity with database applications
Required Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
