The Team:
Warner Bros. Unscripted Television is the leading unscripted studio in America with over 50 series totaling nearly 2,500 hours of programming annually across broadcast, cable, streaming, digital, first-run syndication and podcasts. Led by studio president Mike Darnell, the division’s leading franchises include ABC’s “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette”; NBC’s multi-Emmy®-winning blockbuster “The Voice”; NBC’s returning Emmy® winner “Who Do You Think You Are?” and “Family Game Fight”; Bravo’s “The Real Housewives of New York City”; E!’s “The Bradshaw Bunch”; “TMZ”; “Extra”; “The Real”; and the multi-Emmy®-winning “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” among others. Responsibilities
The Daily Responsibilities:
• Assist team with all aspects of publicity and awards campaigns
• Build and maintain targeted media lists and track coverage for major stories.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Help generate social media ideas
• Assist with research
• Help coordinate assets and award submissions as needed
• Create and maintain databases and other resources
• Perform administrative duties as assigned
The Essentials:
• Must be a rising Junior or Senior student (18 years or older)
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States
• Studied or is currently studying communications, public relations or a related field
• Extreme attention to detail with strong verbal and written communications skills
• Eager and quick to learn with a positive, proactive, team-player attitude
• Great time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Exercise good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Act professional in all scenarios with high levels of integrity and discretion;
• Experience in publicity, talent relations or event planning is a plus.
About the Internship Program:
• Our Spring 2023 program is a 12 Week Internship that will run from Monday, February 6th through Friday, April 28th, 2023
• Part time-schedule (16-24 hours/week) required
• Company-issued computer or secured remote access provided for the duration of the internship program
• Our internships are paid opportunities with a competitive salary. Credit is not required; however, we will provide the necessary documentation for school credit if desired. Relocation is not provided.
