Job Summary
As a Project Coordinator for Discovery’s Direct-to-Consumer organization your role will be to drive action and results. In this role you will manage multiple, simultaneous recruiting centered projects across the global DTC Talent Acquisition space. This will include working business and People & Culture (HR) stakeholders to drive projects that enable delivery on our goals as we continue to grow, scale and refine our recruiting function and hiring processes.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, have a proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, analytical capabilities, basic project management acumen, and be able to influence by providing data-driven recommendations. You’ll need to be flexible and adapt quickly to changes in direction as well as effectively manage conflicting priorities.
Responsibilities
• Create, drive, and manage project and action plans for various projects though completion with support from the TA PMO.
• Work small and mid-sized independent projects from inception to close, quickly working through obstacles and gaining support from various stakeholders
• Analyze end to end recruitment process to understand challenges and opportunities within the recruiting space and partner with recruiting team, People & Culture and the business to implement appropriate solutions and improvements
Requirements
* Experience with Project Management in HR or Recruiting organization
* Ability to influence and solicit help without authority, think proactively, drive others towards consensus, and function independently.
* Experience with proactively and independently completing small cross-team projects
* Ability to develop quick turn-around, practical recommendations based on data and research to inform strategic decisions in a fast-moving environment.
* Analytics skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
