Full Time Job
The Program Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for supporting the program sales business by servicing clients with material deliveries, maintaining program sales-related databases and by handling the internal and inter-departmental coordination of program sales related issues.
Responsibilities
1. Work alongside Sales Director to liaise with clients across multiple time zones in order to conclude program license agreements
2. Work in tandem with Sales Director on rights checks/clearances
3. Use, Media Search, Discovery Hive and IBMS to research program information to generate availability lists for on-going and potential sales
4. Maintain and update databases, client’s availability lists, active sales lists with material requests, rejection notices and sales information using a status report tool. Input deal terms in Rights Logic contract database
5. Create Power Point presentations, programming offers and coordinate video needs for client meetings and or tradeshows.
6. Coordinate duplication requests with the GT&O/IML teams.
7. Liaise with the Operations, Finance and Legal teams to monitor delivery of materials, contracts and invoicing.
8. Work effectively and interact cross-functionally with other members of the company in multiple regions/time zones.
9. Correspond with clients concerning sales servicing matters and general inquiries.
10. Coordinate attendance to tradeshows (NATPE, MIPCANCUN, etc.) and preparation of screening events in the region.
11. Attend client meetings.
12. Handle urgent departmental matters as appropriate when Sales Director is absent due to meetings and/or sales trips.
13. Provide support and perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications or related field preferred.
* Prior experience in TV distribution and production.
* Fluency in reading, writing and speaking Spanish, Portuguese a plus
* Strong work ethic.
* Legal right to work in the US.
