The Role:
This role, which will report to the General Counsel, will involve coordination and management of the execution of standard documents and forms, as well as research support for the Legal department. Additionally, the role will involve managing the Legal department’s invoicing system and coordinating meetings, delivery of documents and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and manage the execution process for finalization of contracts
2. Draft standard agreements and complete forms related to various agreements
3. Provide research support as needed for the attorneys in the Legal department
4. Oversee various administrative tasks for the Legal Department, including managing FedEx accounts and ensuring that documents get delivered in a timely manner
5. Manage the invoice processing system for the Legal department
6. Manage the Legal department’s schedules and coordinate meetings
Requirements
* Ability to work in a fast paced, customer service oriented environment.
* Must be able to research, review and analyze complex contracts.
* Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
* Strong writing and legal drafting skills
* Ability to handle a large volume of varied tasks on a daily basis and prioritize workload.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
* 2-3 years relevant contract analysis experience and BA degree or equivalent are required.
* Paralegal certificate strongly preferred.
* Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
