Full Time Job
Golf Digest is looking for a CRM Manager to develop, manage, execute and optimize campaigns to acquire & retain customers for Golf Digest’s consumer revenue products. The manager will lead the planning and technical execution of customer campaigns and will be accountable for the accuracy and timeliness of all campaigns. This role will report to the Director of Audience Development & Marketing.
Responsibilities
1. Hands on responsibility for developing multi-channel marketing strategies (email, mobile/in-app, web, other) for growth and retention programs for Golf Digest
2. Manage campaign production schedule and work with key stakeholders from brief to deployment
3. Q/A all emails
4. Work with developer to build out & schedule all ad-hoc campaigns
5. Develop and execute A/B testing strategies
6. Analyze performance of campaigns and generate daily, weekly & monthly reports for larger marketing team
7. Understand customer segmentation, test strategies and campaign performance to make meaningful recommendations for future campaigns
8. Set-up new surveys in 3rd party tools
9. Occasionally create & deploy campaigns after-hours
Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience with an enterprise email such as Silverpop, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys, Cheetahmail, etc.
* Bachelor’s Degree
* Passionate about digital marketing and have a strong desire to become an expert in technical configuration
* Working knowledge of HTML & CSS
* Knowledge of Javascript and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
* Experience in program / project management and campaign delivery
* Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills both verbal and written
* Strong ability to effectively manage multiple assignments across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
* Analytical self- starter, highly motivated and ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proactive and willing to master new CRM related technologies that the team may need
* Experience and interest in golf is a plus, but technical skills related to the role are of much higher value
* Reasonable availability to respond to requests and monitor/optimize campaigns outside normal business hours as needed
* Must have the legal right to work in the United States
* Position to be based in New York City
