General Summary:
This role will manage the daily operations of the digital advertising business of GolfTV. This will include coordinating with all relevant stakeholders, inventory management, pricing strategy, sales planning, and overall yield management.
The role will require strong management and coordination skills. Experience in advertising revenue operations is preferred, OTT and international experience is desired.
Responsibilities
• Oversight of media asset inventory management, including direct lead of inventory on GolfTV, and local-language digital properties, as well as partner inventory collaboration and communication with PGA TOUR and international media sales agencies.
• Pricing strategy for GolfTV and overall advertising and sponsorship inventory, insuring alignment from media sales teams, partner sites, and business development/sponsorship teams to support revenue goals.
• Collaborate on advertising product decisions across GolfTV, local-language and partner sites, with goals to both drive short-term revenue while respecting the user experience/platform growth objectives.
• Responsible for overall yield management, developing insightful quantitative analysis, reports, and predictive models to support well-informed decision making.
• Lead sales planning process, ensuring timely RFP response and generation of creative and compelling, cross-platform campaign proposals that drives maximum revenue, while delivering a strong ROI for the clients.
• Primary point of contact with partner platforms (PGA TOUR) and advertising services, leveraging inventory to maximize value offering to GolfTV sponsors via cross-platform campaigns, working across multiple disciplines including campaign management, trafficking, invoicing and revenue recognition.
Requirements
• Previous experience in a similar role with the ability to be the central point of contact and information source for all advertising questions across multiple platforms
• Proven track record of working on digital advertising operations, preferably for a sports related product
• Well-developed understanding of digital advertising operations and revenue generation
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and the ability to think creatively
• Strong experience working on digital advertising operations, preferably for a sports related product (experience working on international OTT sports products is desired)
• Consumer mindset and passion for digital media and sport
• Strong management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced international environment
• Experience working on international OTT sports products is desired
