Full Time Job
The Digital Yield Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the Digital Yield team responsible for ad hoc analysis & providing advanced reporting. The Digital Yield Management Analyst will test, troubleshoot and help onboard advancements to existing systems, tools and software resources, as well as new forthcoming systems, tools and resources for full user acceptance and implementation. Additionally, they will be called upon to provide in-depth reporting to help track usage, and systems data information to all teams to better lead the Digital Yield Team and support the Sales Staff. This position supports multiple Discovery brands.
Responsibilities
User Acceptance for all systems, tools and software resources will include (National):
1. Test, troubleshoot and help onboard advancements to any system, tool or software resource
2. Identify key areas where improvements need to be made and design, develop, deploy
3. Be the day to day resource at the national level to support potential system changes and advancements
4. Maintain deep understanding of all systems, tools and resources
5. Understand the relationships between all systems and how any changes/advancements will affect each department (Sales, iASM, AdOps, Finance, etc.) processes
Reporting will include (National):
1. Provide insights into system usage
2. Identify areas of efficiency within systems, tools and resources to better support the Digital Account Specialist Team.
3. Provide in-depth reporting for Yield and Sales Teams to better manage UA, system updates and workload.
4. Provide ad hoc reporting to various groups including finance, yield, and as sales
5. Update/maintain user tools and reports for regular use
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems
* Strong analytical, communication and time management skills
* Ability to understand and interpret trends and react with strategic/tactical changes
* Good technical skills and knowledge of MS office, specifically Excel
* Visual Basic
* Ability to work face-to-face and electronically (e.g. telephone, e-mail, IM, social media)
* Ability to work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
* Must have the legal right to work in the United States
